2016 was another successful year for the New College Lanarkshire Photography students at the annual BIPP (British Institute of Professional Photography) student Awards.
The awards were held on Sunday 8th May 2016 at the Radisson Blu in Glasgow City Centre and gave the students an opportunity to network with other students within NCL, students from colleges and universities around Scotland and also professional photographers.
The competition was fierce with over 120 entries in each of the 4 student categories.
New College Lanarkshire students had great success scooping a total of 7 awards. 5 awards in the Social/Portraiture Category, 1 award in the Photojournalism Category and a final award in the Open Category.

This is the sixth year of success for NCL students at the BIPP Student Awards and the whole photography team are extremely proud of the achievements of the students.
